Mexico’s Fátima Bosch was crowned Miss Universe 2025, with Thailand’s Praveenar Singh as first runner-up and Venezuela’s Vanessa Pulgarin as second runner-up. Comedian Steve Byrne shared photos from his stint hosting the Miss Universe 2025 pageant, including a shot of the official results card, which confirmed the winners announced during the coronation night in Bangkok, Thailand. On Facebook, Byrne also posted selfies with the candidates and expressed his gratitude for the experience. “What an amazing experience. It was a true privilege sharing the stage with 120 of the most beautiful women in the world. Bangkok, Thailand is such an amazing city! The food, the friendliness of all I’ve encountered, I can’t wait to come back.” The Philippines’ Ahtisa Manalo placed third runner-up, while Côte d’Ivoire’s Olivia Yacé finished fourth runner-up. Following the pageant, former Miss Universe judge Omar Harfouch claimed that the results were rigged, describing Bosch as a “fake Miss Universe.” Harfouch, a Lebanese-French musician, alleged that Miss Universe owner Raúl Rocha has business ties with Bosch’s father and said he would reveal more details in May 2026.
